Change password 24 hours after identity creation
Not possible earlier because of Bosch security regulations. A reminder email is sent to the external partner and the Bosch contact of the external collaboration identity 24 hours after the identity creation.
Reminder 48 hours after identity creation
Another reminder email is sent to the external partner, their Bosch contact, and the requester of the external collaboration identity in the IT Service Portal, if the initial password has not been changed yet.
User deactivation 7 days after identity creation
If the initial password is not changed within 7 days after identity creation, the identity is deactivated. If the identity is still required, it must be reactivated in CI-CAT. This must be requested by a member of the external collaboration identity's organization.

must differ from the last 10 passwords used
The passwords of external collaboration identities expire after 180 days (Bosch standard password policy).
External partners are notified accordingly by email three weeks before the password expires.
The password change after 180 days works the same as after the registration.
